The BBDC provides wet labs, office space, and meeting rooms, offering life sciences scale-ups the flexibility and resources they need to expand. Managed by API, BBDC tenants can also benefit from API’s expertise in business planning, regulatory compliance, and navigating the complex life sciences landscape.
